As a Change Management Specialist at Embedtech Solutions in Tirupathi, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful adoption of our PHP Laravel-based ERP system. Leveraging your expertise in change management methodologies, you will develop and execute strategies to mitigate resistance to change, foster stakeholder engagement, and ensure the smooth transition to the new system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop change management strategies and plans tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Identify and analyze stakeholders’ concerns and resistance to change.
• Create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
• Provide training and support to end-users to build their confidence and competence in using the new system.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to align change management activities with project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in change management roles, preferably in large-scale ERP implementations.
