Overview: We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join Embedtech Solutions. The DBA will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of the database that will underpin our high-profile ERP system. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal database architecture and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement database structures, systems, and solutions for the ERP system.
• Monitor and optimize database performance using advanced tuning techniques.
• Implement and manage database security measures, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Work closely with developers to integrate databases with the ERP system seamlessly.
• Provide support and guidance on database management and optimization to the development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a DBA, with strong expertise in managing large-scale databases.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of PHP Laravel framework and its integration with database systems.
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting.
