Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced International Voice Process Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in both B2B and B2C sales and are comfortable working in US time shifts. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with international clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls in a timely manner and follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice process role, with a focus on B2B and B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Comfortable working in US time shifts.
