Overview: Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale software projects, ideally within ERP implementations using PHP Laravel. The candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of the ERP project using Laravel.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Manage budget, project resources, and schedule, applying agile methodologies for project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clear communication of project status, milestones, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in software development projects, with 2+ years in managing ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of PHP Laravel framework and its application in large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
