Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle for an ERP implementation project. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful customization and deployment of the ERP Next solution while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ERP implementation project from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the client.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including development, training, and support.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings with the client and project stakeholders.
• Provide clear and timely project status reports and updates.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all project records are well-maintained.
• Collaborate with the client to address any changes in project scope or requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and productive project team environment.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ERP implementation projects.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
