Responsibilities:

• Tier 1: Monitor and analyze security alerts, perform initial triage, and escalate as necessary.
• Tier 2: Conduct in-depth analysis of escalated incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and recommend response actions.
• Tier 3/Incident Responders: Handle high-severity incidents, perform forensic analysis, and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years for Tier 1, 3+ years for Tier 2, and 5+ years for Tier 3, in cybersecurity or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, intrusion detection systems, and other security software.
• Excellent communication skills.
