Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of Interactive Flat Panels, Laptops, Android Tablet PC, and AV Devices. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in electronics or IT, with ITI certification and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and Setup: Install and configure devices at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with devices, including hardware and software components.
  3. Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  5. Product Training: Educate customers on the features and usage of the devices, ensuring they can maximize the benefits of the technology.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all devices meet the required performance standards.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • ITI certification in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing electronic devices, preferably in Electronics, and Electricals.
  • Strong understanding of electronics and IT hardware.

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies in interactive flat panel devices.
  • Basic knowledge of software used in interactive panels, such as touch interface software.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
