SOC Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the SOC, ensuring continuous monitoring and rapid response to security threats.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Manage SOC budget, technology stack, and service providers.
• Coordinate incident response efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Report to senior management on security posture and incident reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the SOC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a SOC.
